I urgently needed a pair of tennis shoes, so chose this site as it did express delivery. Ordered a pair with 24 hour delivery and received an order confirmation saying to expect delivery the following day. The money was debited. Mid afternoon the following day I called to see what time they would arrive and was told that they were put of stock and would not be delivered at all. Truly appalling...I had missed all other opportunity to buy elsewhere. No apology from them, just excuses. I even had to ask for an immediate refund. I will never buy from them again and dissuade everyone from ordering from them., clearly they are a shoddy outfit and have no customer service principles in place.
