I discovered SSO via a web search engine.

After breaking my sports sunglasses, SSO were able to give good advice and source parts and a new pair even though they were now a discontinued model. Throughout the ordering process they kept me informed of how my order was progressing.

Perhaps the best bit of the whole process was warning me that delivery might take 7 days as opposed to their normal 3 to 5 days because it was coming from Europe! They arrived on time and I was imppressed that it only took 7 days. I've had to wait 14 days to get stock from my local optician in the past.

Can thoroughly recommend this company for their excellent customer service and the communication keeping me informed every step of the way.
