That went absolutely smooth & was well communicated

I'm living in Germany and ordered Silhouette sunglasses at Sport Shades Online, because the sunglasses I wanted in particular are here not that easy to find here in Germany, as they are pretty new on the market and quite expensive they are indeed.
Maybe that's part of their salesmodel, I went to an eye shop here in the city that had the glasses and took a personal look, saw the price the guys wanted for them and looked again in the internet. I stumbled over Sport Shades Online where the glasses are nearly half the price (and around what the manufacturer gives as price recommendation) than in the local shop - and ordered.

Anyway, the order process was fast, easy and very well communicated. I was contacted personally by a staff (what in these days is to mention particulary in my opionion) who offered me a different kind of mail service, what was kinda nice, but I was happy with the choice I made during ordering.
I was notified during every step of the order process and kept updated, very nice indeed. I used to mistype my password or something - I wrote an e-mail to the lady who contacted me in the first place and she reset it fast and problemless... Customersupport at its best!

The delivery from UK to Germany via AirMail went eventless and quite fast... and I was very happy with my order - I would totally order there again!

To put something on the downside... express delivery is absolutely expensive, but I think this isn't much in the shop's responsibility... and I had to wait four working-days until my order was sent out, which I found a little long - but still absolutely okay.
