I have just received the most unbelievable service from [name removed]. I lost a pair of lenses for my Adidas glasses and had no idea what they were....her amazing patience and time resulted in finding the right ones that I originally bought and they are being specially delivered tomorrow in time for me to go skiing on Saturday. I have never received such good service from any other company, ever. Brilliant !
