I purchased a pair of Adidas sunglasses to replace the one I unfortunately lost, I received the sunglasses very quickly but was slightly disappointed that a hard case was not included like my original pair (these were not bought from SSO) I contacted SSO and they sent me a free case out and was delivered the next morning. The customer care is second to none and the reply on email is very quick. Thanks SSO :)
