I've always thought only saddos, sycophants or sleazy-fraudsters wrote online reviews, but I was was amazed into getting my e-pen to screen at the fantastic Deborah Porter (union-loving, despite living in the cold shadow of rugby league somewhere in the darkest north) getting me a free repair on some expensive sunglasses that I didn't even buy through them. Friendly, helpful, quick to respond, and obviously with some serious clout with the manufacturers. Nothing in it for them except goodwill & the extension of a fantastic reputation I guess. Thanks!!
