Very polite staff and fast effecient service.
Even though the lenses were the wrong size ( my fault not thiers) nothing was a problem.
They gave a courtesy call to see if they could resolve the issue and when we realised that the lenses were discountinued they gave an immediate refund.
I am involved in coaching customer service and it was great to see how well this company and its staff embrace the excellent customer service ethos....well done and thanks.
