I purchased a new arm for my sunglasses, however the colour did not match. Having contacted the customer support team they responded within 20 minutes, and proceeded to track down the missing arm based on a photograph I emailed them. Prompt and helpful throughout, they ensured I had all the correct information to exchange the part within one working day. Fantastic!
