I bought Nike sunglasses from a local (Malta) shop and accidentally I broke the temples of the glasses. To cut the story short I emailed the local shop and email sports shade online, to check whether they have these temples. Some hours afterwards they emailed me and they did everything to help me, even though I did not buy the sunglasses from their shop (I am not used to this service from my country). The sales team always messaged me with their progress. Even when they emailed Nike they informed me. In fact I was never doubting that the team was not trying to help. They told me when Nike sent them the wrong temples and therefore there was going to be a delay. I can summarise this in only some few words: Exceptional after sales service even to customers that never bought anything from them.
Delivery was very good as well. Item was nicely packed and delivery was very fast and recorded.
