I ordered three pairs of trainers and they sent me two pairs of the wrong size! I managed to get a credit note for one pair (but not a refund) but the store wouldn't take the other pair as the trainers were a different size to the box. Managed to flush out a freepost returns address, but still awaiting resolution. Such a simple thing to check as well.
Beware before you buy online.
