I ordered and received a football shirt, ordering easy,delivery speedy.Shirt was badly packed,still on the hanger.I assume that during transit, the hanger ripped through the shirt and plastic bags it was packed in.I returned the item, as advised at the cost of £4.10, requesting an exchange of the shirt and a refund of my postal cost.
I have received the exchanged item (which is actually quite soiled) and despite several e mails to sports direct, have not been given a refund of my postage.
I am hoping the soiling will come out in the wash- as to return the item again is too expensive.
I feel sports direct are disposing of sub-standard goods online.
