On receipt of my item I realised that Sports Direct had added and charged for a magazine which I did not order and did not want. I e mailed and they told me it was my fault and to return it at my expense. I sent a second e mail saying this was unacceptable which they did not bother to reply to.
This company treats customers with contempt and at the very least is adopting unethical practices to get more money out of customers.
I will never use them again and I will share my experience with as many potential customers as possible.
