NOTICED LIKE MANY OTHERS HAVE STATED THAT AFTER CHECKING ORDER AND SEEMING FINE ON CHECKOUT A PRODUCT £1 HAD BEEN ADDED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.HAD PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND THE FOLLOWING DAY WAS STILL NOT DISPATCHED SO RANG THEM UP AND ASKED TO CANCEL ORDER DUE TO DELAY AND ADDING TO ORDER.TOLD COULD NOT AS WAS DISPATCHED YET AGAIN AS OTHERS HAVE STATED WAS NOT DISPATCHED AND COURIER DID NOT HAVE IT.
ANOTHER DAY LATER GET DISPATCH EMAIL AFTER MY RIGHTS UNDER DISTANCE SELLING WERE REFUSED!!!!!

SON WAS STRESSED TO GET HIS CLOTHES SO GAVE THEM ONE MOOR CHANCE BUT BY 9PM OF THE DAY PROMISED TO ARRIVE PAST THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY BY THE WAY WHICH IS NON EXISTANT, NO COUIER HAD CALLED.

TRACKING SHOWS YODEL HAVE THE ORDER WITH THEIR LOCAL COURIER AND WHILST WRITING COMPLAINT,NOTICE AT 0245AM THAT THE TRACKING HAS CHANGED FROM YOUR ORDER IS DELAYED TO WE ATTEMPTED DELIVERY AT WOULD YOU BELIEV IT (PM LYING BLEEPS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS SAT BY THE WINDOW ALL DAY!!!!

SO ASK THEM TO RETURN TO SENDER FOR REFUND AS WELL SON NEEDS CLOTHES TODAY NOT IN THE NEXT CENTURY AND TWO DAYS LATER TRACKING STILL SHOWS IN CARE OF YODEL AND SPORTS DIRECT ONLINE REFUSE TO REFUND TILL GET GOODS BACK YET CONFIRM I HAVE NEVER HAD THEM AND THEY KNOW IT IS WITH THEIR CHOICE OF INCOMPETENT COURIER.

SO ARE SPORTS DIRECT SO DESPERATE THEY HAVE TO HOLD ONTO MY MONEY WHEN THEY HAVE FAILED ME, YES AS STILL NO REFUND................THEY DO NOT DESERVE ONE STAR AS DO NOT EVEN RESPECT DISTANCE SELLING AS HAD THEY LET ME CANCEL PRIOR TO DISPATCH AFTER IT WAS OBVIOUS THEY COUL DNOT MEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY DESPITE ORDERED 24 HOURS PRIOR!!!!!!! NONE OF THIS WOULD HAVE BLEEPING OCCURED.....

Bingo adding 9PM was the supposed non visit and it has been confirmed by senior yodel high up apparently that they can see the note of delivery attempted scan was done from the local couriers HOUSE :--------O YOU COULD NOT MAKE UP SUCH A FARCE AND MANY MANY ARE TWEETING I ASKED FOR NEXT DAY WHERE IS IT,TAKE A LOOK FOR YOURSELF !
