I am extremely annoyed and fustrated with SportsDirect.com!
I ordered and paid for their "Next Day" service - and no i didnt get my order the next day. Ordered on Monday, sitting on Wed and no sight of it.
and tracking my parcel? the courier's automated website apologised for not having it whilst SD emailed to confirm that the courier has received it.
if you try to "contact them" they will give u automated contact forms which is probably the most unhelpful platform! you enter your complaints and they autoreply which just annoy and fustrates you more. in my case, the auto reply says - the parcel has been collected by the courier! and when you go to myyodel - it the same error! and you cant turn to anyone.
NEVER EVER EVER use SD.com, my first and LAST time ever!
