“On-line order missing 1/2 item of waterproof suit! ”

We have bought many items in the shops directly at Sportsdirect, especially in UK and Belgium (where we live). We decided to try the on-line order in UK for our Easter break. The 2 parcels arrived within the assumed deadline, though 1 parcel was delivered to the sisters next door neighbour. the first parcel was good. However, the second parcel was missing the raintrousers in the golf waterproof suit! and a polo Tshirt in size woman size 8 (XS) turned out to be a girl size. We wrote several forms and emails asking them to send us the missing black rain trousers and only after 10 days of our first complaint, the customer service replied that they had delivered the item and if want to go further we would need to contact the local authorities!! Sportsdirect has the worst customer service we have ever experienced, and take money for items they have not delivered! so it is actually theft! So cannot recommend them at all. We are now considering our next move.
