I purchased items online from sportsdirect, they sent the wrong items twice, impossible to speak to a real person(couldn't ever get through on the phone), email replies were a standard "return for a refund or replacement". I eventually got a refund for the goods only by pursuing a claim through paypal but still left out of pocket because I wasn't refunded for delivery or two lots of return postage for the wrong items they sent All in all cost me £12 to get £28 refund. DON'T EVER USE THIS RETAILER AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW HOW BAD THEY ARE! Don't deserve to be in business.
