Ordered walking boots at 12 noon on the 05/03/2013. Paid £5.99 for next day delivery. No dispatch email received from Sports Direct, so check tracking information to find out that order has been collected by courier and is on it's way. Good says I, boots will be here on the 06/03/2013. My mistake. Waited in all day, no delivery. Boots are still sitting in Yodel's Wednesbury hub. When I seen Yodel were the courier I knew it was game over. As of 9.30am on the 07/03/2013. The boots are still not out for delivery. No replies from Sports Direct terrible customer service. Yet again I have been ripped off on postage charges by Sports Direct. This is not the first time it's happened. Do yourself a favour folks and pay a bit extra through a reputable company that wont fleece its customers. Taking the matter to trading standards as this kind of 'we are too big to care' behaviour from companies like Sports Direct needs to stop.
