I ordered items from Sports Direct 12/12/2012 as Xmas present. Tracking info showed despatched 14/12 and 'out on delivery' with Yodel from 15/12. They have never arrived. You cannot speak with Yodel but via live chat they advised all problems have to be raised direct with Sports Direct. Sports Direct website queries just trigger an automated response referring to tracking info. Emailing their customer services with a bespoke enquiry gets no repsonse. Calling Sports Direct results in you hitting '2' for customer services and an automated voice says' goodbye' and cuts you off.
This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering online and I consider Sports Direct are acting in a manner that suggests they are crooks.
I shall never order from Sports Direct again or order from any Co that uses Yodel.
