“Stolen money”

Bought a nike jacket and it was too big. Returned it with the returns label over a week ago POSTED FIRST CLASS, heard nothing since and sent several emails. So they have my ITEM and my MONEY and I can't get it back, ISNT THIS CALLED STEALLING? (£80 BTW)


ONLY USE THEM IF YOU DON'T MIND YOUR MONEY BEING STOLEN, DISGRACEFUL.
