“Bad customer service”

I am dissapointed... One day I create a order in sportsdirect.com. Everithing was ok, until they wrote that I will not receive one item because it is out of stock. This item for me was the main thing why I was ordering from online shop because it was Christmas present. I wrote them if they can do something in this case (give me free delivery or send out other color) but they even did not respond to my mail...
Hope Sportsdirect.com will learn from mistakes!!!!!
