big let down

i bought 2 pairs of trainers 27/12/12 one pair arrived within a week 2nd pair still no sign of. I eventually got hold of someone in customer services (after being in a phone queue for 20 min) i was told i would not be recieving my item they are out of stock,when i said it would be good customer service to let people know you can not supply what you are showing available on line she said, they sent me an email informing me, to that i replied i had not had any contact from them since my order was placed the reply was it will have gone into your spam mail by mistake.oh im sorry is there anything else i can help you with. we will not order from there again, they are a total let down.
