Not the first time at Christmas this company have F**ked me over.
Why did I use them again????????
No sign of my order £139.00 quids worth.
Tried to phone customer support and message of "busy please call back later".
Finally got through and waited from number 24 in the queue till about 19 then got cut off.
Sent email and they said please contact customer support about your order.
After several goes I am now number 11 in queue and my call is important to them.
I know exactly what they will say when I do get through, same old bullsh*t and I won't be getting my order for Christmas.
I hope this company goes Bust.
Use MandM.co.uk because I have had no problems and they deliver within a couple of days and you can get through to customer services who are very polite.
