Got some sandals one was bigger than the other. Returned at cost to me but no refund of any post packing, delivery or return, which was requested with return. Just refund of item that will be sent to some other unlucky person. Customer service is a joke - no response to email. how do they get away with it? Buy a lot on line, never had a problem before like this.
