“Do Not Buy Online ”

The only thing that happened after I submitted my order was the debit from my bank account. After over 2 weeks of emailing, calling, visiting the store I am still owed over £50 and have not received any of the orders I made.
The store told me they have no capacity to help.
Emailing through their website is a black hole.
If you paid through Amazon, emailing through the link provided in your order acknowledgement is another black hole.

Pay the extra pound or two and use a trust worthy retailer.
