“Never again”

My order included some shorts which were for an 8 year old but were so big they would have fit an adult. Customer service was awfully slow via email only, who said to return them and they would refund the postage if the item was faulty. After weeks I get an email returning the goods value only. I chased again by email and again weeks later they wrote to say the item was not faulty and they would not return the postage. The emails were rude and badly written. Will never order again!

Sportsdirect is only interested by your money, not by your trouble.

Thank you to make Mike Ashley more rich, day after day.

They should write it on their website to give a touch of fun ;)
