“No goods delivered and no way to contact them ”

Ordered golf shoes for my son for his birthday no sign of them for 2 weeks still haven't got them. Only way to contact them is to submit a query. They send back an email saying the courier has picked them up and a tracking number and link. This brings you to DHL who have no record of the pickup. Rang DHL very nice good service not like this cowboy crowd. Still no sign of shoes and same email response every time. Disaster. Customer service my hole.

hi i was wondering did you ever receive your order as i'm having the same problem?,
Also they have a facebook page with a contact telephone number if this helps, althogh not spoke to anyone as yet because of the time differance
