Online: Paid extra for delivery of waterproof trousers for son's trip,to be delivered 17/10/12.
Not received,no personal replies to my queries on website, just the generic 'going round in circles' one.
I don't mind when a company has a problem, if they COMMUNICATE!
Yodel tracking site states item is with courier. That is no help to me.
No longer needed as son's trip is nearly over!
I will be claiming money back from my card company.
Wish I'd read these reviews first.
Would give no stars if I could.
