“NEXT DAY DELIVERY - A JOKE !!”

Ordered the new England away shorts and socks for my son on-line on a Friday for Euro 2012, as had not been able to get them in the store ! Paid £6.99 for Sat/Next Day delivery, and it is now the next Thursday and I have not seen any items !! I have contacted SportsDirect.com three times since the non-arrival of the package and have only received a standardised response telling me that the parcel is ready but the courier has not picked it up yet!!
Message to the General Public - Please don't use Sports Direct.com on-line as if there are any issues no-one will ever answer the phone and you can only ask standardised questions ie. they won't answer any specific questions to your query ! Such a disappointment as I had luvd the shops but will not use them again after this awful experience with no communication, and will be sure to let the 4,000 members of my health club read my blog on this matter. Wot a shame.
