I purchased a pair of size 10 trainers online and when the box arrived, the outer said 10 and the trainers inside were an 11. Genuine mistake.
I sent an email highlighting the error 4 days ago and so far not response. So i called into the local store to see if I could exchange, i was told that since i purchased them online and the outer does not match the size inside there could do nothing. Advice to purchase another pair and send them back for a refund.
So far I have the cost of a pair of trainers, postage and the return postage cost. Turns out to be a very expensive pair of trainers that i do not need.
I popped into JD Sports on the way home from the store and what a totally different experience, will go to JD Sports next time for any sports goods.
Sports Direct should take customer training from JD Sports.
