I ordered from sportsdirect many times but last time, in March 2017, i got my parcel, there was no damage but 6 things are lost,total cost 45,- euro.
One of things was big cargo bag!
I wrote them, but they refuse to send me my items, they said i should have the video of packing!
I wrote them again but there was tge rude answer. They said, tge staff put my items, but theit ttcv is not available anymore.
This is cheating.
Nobody can believe thus company. Do tge video, i advice, when you get the parcel...
