Having decided to purchase some goods from the web site I was first charged for goods I didn't order or want namely a mug and a magazine I collected the goods from there shop and asked about exchanging the goods if the size was wrong told no problem but if i wanted a refund i would have to return them to the warehouse which I have no problem with. When I went to the shop to exchange for a smaller size I was very rudely told I could only exchange them if I paid a further £4.00 as the instore price was more expensive than online after I told them to forget it and I would send the whole order back for a full refund they offered to price match which they could have done immediately instead of making the whole experience one I will never go through again
