Whilst ordering some football boots, I ordered a skill ball at the same time, since I was paying postage anyway. I thought at £2.50, you couldn't go wrong, but on inflation it's so out of shape it's not even usable. Given to get a refund or replacement you have to return the product by registered post and then trust their judgement of it, I decided it wasn't worth the hassle.
I did however, write what I considered to be a balanced review of the ball on the review section of their website. I'm confident the one I received wasn't typical of all the balls, but I thought the warning would give people a chance to understand the possibility of receiving a faulty ball. However, given I'd reviewed the product as 1.5 stars out of 5, they rejected the review and didn't publish it.
If I could just have taken the ball into a store and exchanged it for one that wasn't faulty, or even a different one and paid the difference that would have made the experience satisfactory.
