I placed an order Sunday evening and paid over £5 for next day delivery, to ensure that my order arrived on Tuesday. I received a tracking number on Monday which showed that the items had not been dispatched - so they weren't going to arrive on Tuesday.
I emailed them using their online form and immediately received a response saying my order has been dispatched and another link to my tracking. The tracking showed that the courier did not have the order. The email did not even have an advisors name on it.
My response was effectively give me back my delivery charge, and have the decency to provide your name. I haven't had a reply.
I'm sick to death of poor customer service. I work for an award winning online retailer, and I understand the importance of providing good customer service. These people definitely don't.
I won't be recommending their services to anyone. Ever.
