After paying for 2 pairs of boys shorts for twenty pounds which were delivered in the wrong size, I then paid postage to return them (you do not get pre-paid postage for returns like most online retailers)to find that they have sent me back just one pair and did not refund me for the missing pair of shorts. After two ignored emails to customer services I then discovered their telephone number on their facebook page!
Once I got through to them I had argue the fact that it was their mistake and that I had returned BOTH pairs- eventually they agreed to refund for the missing pair.
