It has been 3 weeks since I first placed my order and paid £3.99 for my item to be delivered in 3 – 5 working days. On 1st June 2013 at 12:14 I placed my order for a football shirt that I was going to give to my dad for Father’s Day. On Wednesday 12th of June I became concerned that the shirt still had not arrived so I rang up the customer service team to find out what was going on. They explained that they did not know where the package was and that they would replace the order for “next day delivery”. It would have been nice if you had offered to refund me delivery costs, but I was happy enough that the package would be with me the next day. I also requested that I was sent a confirmation email twice, but they did not. Now 2 days later on Friday 14th June, I became even more concerned that the package had not arrived so I rang the customer service team again. I was then told that the package was not placed on next day delivery and they do not know when I will receive it. To make things even worse, the customer service girl I spoke to made out that it was my fault that I did not have the shirt yet, as I left it until Wednesday 12th June to ring up about. I should not have to call up after my items several times, and then be lied to about when it will arrive, and then be blamed for not having my item yet. They caused me a huge amount of trouble and stress, and worst of all left me empty handed on Father’s Day.
