we ordered a replacement tent pole for our son,we needed it urgently so we arranged and paid for 24 hour delivery,when the parcel didnt arrive we phoned yodel and were told it hadnt reached them in time for the 24 hour service,had i known yodel were involved i wouldnt have gone anywhere near sportsdirect,so anyway i phoned sports direct to complain,customer service were totally indifferant,they did refund the extra money for the next day delivery but this hardly made up for our son who was sobbing his heart out in his bedroom because he couldnt be with his friends.i will never use this company again and will tell everyone i know not to bother with this company,if they offer a 24 hr sevice they should honer it,a totally useless company from the management down.
