I ordered a cross trainer from them 10 days ago and it still hasn't arrived. They took the £90 from my bank account immediately.
They have provided me with a false tracking number that doesn't work in the Yodel website, and every time I send them an email they respond with an automated message, each with the same fake tracking information.
Terrible service, I won't buy from them again. Take this as a warning.
