I ordered 2 jumpers for my son on Wednesday 27th march paid extra for the next day delivery because the bank holiday was approaching and normal delivery would be delayed. I finally get the jumpers on sat 30th march 3 days later!! The jumpers are nice and a good price but their customer service is crap!!!! I have used the online email service to send a complaint and all I get is an automated reply saying the parcel is with the courier, They have no specific complaints procedure online.
I shall be sending them a nasty letter to vent my frustrations and if they do not refund my postage I shall be contacting trading standards as I didn't get what I paid for.
BE WARNED DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AS YOU WONT GET IT!!!
