I ordered 4 items
2 tracksuits where faulty one was the wrong size and an other was missing the pants.
After 7 e-mails i finnaly got a reply.
30% discount for the pants missing and i could send back the wrong size and they wouldd refund my shipping costs. I had to make a photo of the shipping bill whitch i did.
I ONLY RECEIVED A REFUND FOR THE PRICE OF THE TRACKSUIT THEY SEND WRONG.
Send over 10 e-mail to them but no reply.
Luckely i paid with VISA so i can still open a claim with them.
Over more than 10 years i ordered over the internet but i never experianced this.
I live in Belgium and if annybody knows how i can file a complaint in UK please contact me.
