Two online orders. First order: items missing. Took around 8 emails before I got a response and a resolution.
Second order: cancelled without explanation. Assured no monies would be taken. Credit card statement revealed that they had taken the full order amount (almost £100). Took five emails before they responded. In the response they deny taking any money and stated "If I feel that I have been charged..." since when does emotion come into fact?
I had paid through Paypal so have escalated this to a claim. Failing that I will write to my credit card company for a chargeback.
I will never trust this company again. They are unreliable, dishonest and their customer service is appalling.
I should have read the reviews here first.
