I had ordered kids shoes from them. Even though the dispatched happened the same day, their courier partner which is Yodel never delivered to me and on top of that their online tracking showed it as delivered !

Wrote to Sportsdirect, no response till now !. They also have not mentioned any telephone number for contacting them.

Will never do business with them.

Very bad online store. They should learn from Amazon on how to treat the customer.
