A monumentally bad company to deal with, never have i come across such brash know it all attitudes than their customer services (08703339400 you'll be there all year trying to find that on their website) who tell you that after sportsdirect have canceled your order through a 'processing error' (read someone cocked up and canceled it instead of actually processing it) that they don't have the facility on their paypal account to cancel the payment that is now sat in your paypal account for 30 days 'pending', which is absolute rubbish, unless microsoft and paypal made a special edition browser and account just for sportsdirect . . . . . the customer services talk over you on the phone, well the one woman that answers, and is either seriously misinformed or lies to fob you off. they don't ring you back, they don't care that you can't get at your money, and they rarely answer emails, unlike most decent mail order websites, you will not find a contact number on the home page as you'd expect, in fact i had to search 'sportsdirect complaints' to find it on a forum with loads more people complaining about the below poor service they've had. bottom line? STAY AWAY from this company, they are a bad example and you're better spending your hard earned cash elsewhere. . . . you have been warned !
