Do not ever buy from this company unless you are absolutely 100% sure that you will not require a refund. They do not give a refund, but credit notes only. However,they do not make this crystal clear before you purchase. Their customer service is absolutely dreadful. I have never had a bad shopping experience before until making a purchase with this place. BEWARE!!

There are clear signs at the tills advising only exchanges or gift cards. The staff on the tills also advise you of this. I have never found a problem with this company. Why didn't you just change your purchase for another size or buy something else? Plenty to choose from.

I have just had a similar experience with SportsDirect and will NEVER buy from them again. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Shipped me two different items on a Qty 2 order, then shipped me the wrong replacement, then refunded me £0, then I had to email them constantly for over a week before they admitted their error and refunded. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL
