Purchase never received. Delivery company chosen by SD very poor reputation. SD refused to take responsibility for non delivery. Terrible service, money paid and no product received. Extremely unsatisfactory Extremely 0 stars

Avoid at all costs! Paid extra for next day delivery. Took over a week to deliver. Once delivered found item was wrong! Contacted CS on Twitter. Waste of time as they keep saying I had not sent DM when I had screenshot proof I did. Managed to find CS email and send complaint. Took days to reply for them to say they believe they had sent the correct item. Replied with proof of order confirmation and photos of item received vs order confirmation photos. They are not replying to my request for a refund. Stores will not accept returns/refunds from online purchase. Next stop is trading standards under Trade description act. I will never use this company ever again as they lie through their teeth.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM. They deserve -5 stars. Arrogant, ineffective and completely out of their depth. Cannot handle a basic order, miscommunicate and now still no refund after 4 weeks. Contacting my credit card provider. Customer Service a joke!

Atrocious Customer service from staff members. I bought a pair of trainers in Sports direct Ballymena yesterday. I discovered when I got home that they were faulty so took them back today. They didn't have another pair in my size. I was refused a refund as the Customer advisor who had no people skills, said it was a factory fault and not the fault of Sportsdirect. He gave me a credit note and informed me it can't be used online. I told him that I wanted a refund to use to purchase a pair from their online store. He still refused and told me I could use the voucher to purchase something else from.the shop. I told him I didn't want anything else and only wanted to purchase the shoes. He didnt care and has just lost his shop a customer.

Customer service is appalling. I will never buy from here again. Products left on wrong shelves with misleading prices. Manager was extremely rude. Felt insulted. Was about to spend £200 but due to poor service, I walked out.

DO NOT BUY OFF THESE OR JACK WILLS ONLINE. ordered 3 items, 2 turn up , but lie that they sent the 3rd item. Customer service is an absolute joke. Ignore your requests for proof they sent item. My 15 year old bought this for herself, but yet they will not send her item she did not receive a jack wills hoodie. Will not let you make a complaint or speak to a person in charge. Will never shop with these ever again. By the looks of other reviews, they are known for being like this. Deserve to go out of business treating customers this way.

I just contacted the chat service online for a return , for me it will be an exchange, I like my purchase but it is a bit small. I am very disappointed about your returns/exchanges policies. Because I ordered online. I cannot exchange this purchase in a shop. Be aware!

After purchasing a set of walking poles and after a night of thinking of their suitability, I took them back the following day for a refund. They had all of the original tags and packaging for hanging them straight back up in the shop so they were obviously not used. They only offer a credit note for all returns apart from them being faulty. I normally purchase Christmas gifts but this is out and now, I will not be shopping here anymore. The range of products available are not bad but if customer service is poor, this reflects badly on the choice of shopping here.

Horrendous company. Using the bricks and mortar loophole to refuse to refund unworn clothes if bought in-store. Coupled with a sarcastic manager just an overall awful experience. Absolutely awful company decision to screw customers over as much as possible. Not clear at all in store that this is their policy. There is a small sign, but very easily missed, particularly if you're trying to shop with young kids. Almost unheard of for shops to do this in this day in age. I recommend you use any other sports shop!!! Horrible, manipulative company policy.

I just bought some shoes online through the @sportdirectuk website. I have added my card details and the order was completed instantly. I have shopped online with them before. It looks like they had saved my old address and it has been filled in automatically. I didn't realise it until I saw the summary of the order!! The shoes will be delivered to my old address!! I have contacted them immediately through the online help chat and they have told me that I cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order!!! I've tried 4 times and got the same response. I have sent 3 emails, and they have told me the same thing. I have gone to a store in person, and the same thing. I have called the number that they have given me and an automatic voice has told me that they do not have customer service by phone, to do it online! I contacted them by Facebook, same answer. I have called my bank and opened a dispute. I bought the shoes with enthusiasm, I need them for when I go to dig in Egypt next month. I was finally able to save something to buy them. And now they've been sent 500km away, and there's nothing I can do about it. But I can prevent the same from happening to you. Do not buy in their stores or online! They do not deserve it. Dont buy in @sportdirectuk

For some reason the branch at the fort Birmingham the staff allows the phone to ring several times then cuts the customer off no matter what day or time l ring they cut me off Obviously they don't want my custom

I recently purchased a Taylormade golf cap with what should have Sim2 on it as in the picture, they sent me a hat with stealth on it and when I queried it I was told there was a product mix up stock and says style may vary, so it's my fault they say. If I was to actually order the stealth one in the description it says it will have Sim2 on it, confused, I am.I wll have to pay to return it just because I don't know all their item numbers

I placed an order for approx £181 and paid for next day delivery. My account showed parcel is with courier, the courier states the parcel is with Sports direct. When using online chat with Sports direct, they tell me there is a a warehouse issue. They won't refund me for items not received and won't deliver my items. They are getting away with it. Do not use Sports direct. Disgusting service Sports Direct has breached the consumer rights act and still refused a refund. I have emailed their "cs" email over 200 times for my refund which are refusing to give and I still don't even have any products for something i paid next day delivery for almost a week ago. Further to this I have requested a cancel of my order due to their failures and to receive a refund - no refund provided and they keep stalling! I have started legal proceedings now and to top it off, I'm still being told to wait another few days, then another few days. they have taken a large sum of money from me and failed to deliver goods paid for. Then they complain and refuse to refund when I request a refund for their failure to supply goods! This website is requiring proof of purchase to post a 'verified' review - unfortunately, I don't have goods as a proof as Sports direct have failed to deliver said goods or return my money to me for failure to supply purchased goods ( breaking the consumer rights act) and I will not post account numbers online To sports direct: you have my details already

As per everyone else who has had a problem in store or online I have also received the totally rude totally uncaring service you get when something goes wrong. They are obviously trained to not give in to customer complaints or problems, deny anything is wrong and to not ever refund or admit they have done something wrong. Just hope that the cheap nasty products you buy are what you ordered and don’t have any issues with them, otherwise you will be stuck with something you didn’t want. By far the worst company in the world

Worst shop I have been to would score less but cannot very rude and aggressive treatment I went to return 2 items Friday was going to exchange but could not as tills had stopped working was told you can wait there or come back cannot do anything without till I said I could leave the items bar codes and they can do it when till was working but they said no just come back. So went back today the next size up did not fit so asked for refund to be told no you can buy something else or get credit note, so I said why can I not have refund it’s company policy it been like that for years but with attitude I asked to speed to manager the guy on till said yes he’s at front door I said there was 5 people when I came in he said the one with lanyard that said says sport direct on it when asked if he could call him he said no just go talk to him again aggressive attitude so I went to front door furthest point from tills Manager wasn’t there so asked another Game employee he said didn’t know but he will be back soon he thinks waited 15 minuets whilst waiting the original guy from the till walked past me 3 times looking directly at me on the 3 rd time said does the manager have a radio he said yes so I said well ask him to come to me then so he did whilst with me then walked off continuing to talk to him whilst walking away. Finally the manager came down straight away with aggressive attitude what’s the problem not how can I help I asked why can I not have refund he said never given refund in 16 years he has been there also saying it tells every one at the tills I said I didn’t see it so he showed me it’s in the smallest writing possible and not really obvious so I got credit note when I got it the lady said you can use it online as well took a look at the online but unless spending over £100 it costs £4.99 for delivery and £4.99 to collect in store so in conclusion I will never shop there again with the rude aggressive obstructive and most un-helpful staff

Negative experience with this shop. They sent the wrong item twice in a row. I'm trying to contact them to resolve the issue, they avoid my emails. It is frustrating to deal with this lack of customer service. I will never be shopping there again. The correspondence with their customer service has already been lengthy (repeating issues)and they publicly (in response for negative review, social media) ask for contact and order details assuring "they should be able to look into this further for me".

I placed an order for six shoes 17 days ago, but it has been lost by Evri. Sportdirect's customer support said that they need 3-5 working days to investigate the order's situation with the courier. However, they didn't issue a refund or a replacement order after more than 2 weeks. I was dissatisfied with their customer service because these shoes were gifts, and I was forced to place and pay for another order, which caused me trouble.

Company should not be allowed to do business. Tricking people. Sent me faulty trainers. I informed them if this, returned as instructed (costing me an extra £5). Still no refund. Incidentally I received the standard email request to review product, which I did - terrible quality, not fit for purpose due to fault in stitching creating a bump inside meaning they are impossible to wear without gaining a huge blister. Refused to publish my review. Only publishing positive reviews and rejecting negative is deceitful and disgraceful. DO NOT WASTE YOUF MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!

After £70 boots started to tear after few months I returned to store and no one cared at all. They wasn't interested in the slightest. They were only worn once a week for a hour. The manager was rude and didn't care. Wonder shop there again rather pay the extra and deal with a store that has customer service. I will be contacting Which as the service and attitude from them was disgusting
