I ordered a scooter for christmas for my son, which was supposed to be delivered the next day. Two days later, I got an email that said it was actually out of stock and that they expected to have the item in three more days. Foolishly, I waited, and when I finally did ring to find out why it didn't turn up again, I was told a story about someone emailing me to advise on further delays. I was placed on hold whilst someone went to check. After 20 minutes waiting, I hung up and rang again to be told that they phone line dropped (mine was still on just fine) and that they credited my card. This was an abysmal customer service job in the weeks just before christmas - I would never do business with this company again.
