There was an issue with part of the order not being packed correctly/slight damage when delivered however as soon as i contacted SKATES they could have handled it any better ....the damgaed one was picked up and the replacement sent out asap with the minimum of fuss .
The whole experience from start to finish could not have been handled any better !!!!
This is how your customers should be treated ....bigger 'name ' firms should take note of how SKATES treat their customers !!!
All in all a '5 star experience' from start to finish ...
