I placed an order on 31 May 2013 and took delivery of my order on 20 June 2013 after complaining of non delivery of my order.If I had not complaint would my order have been fulfilled and bear in mind I had paid when I had ordered the item.Before the delivery was made I left 2 messages and sent 1 e-mail and the responce was from a nice young lady who got things moving thankfully who was to blame for this fiasco the seller or the delivery firm? probably the seller as their warehouse ran out of stock and feel my order was put to one side and was forgotten till new stock arrived.The packaging was also in a very poor state as it looked second hand and sealed by an abundance of sellotape but fortunately the scooter appeared to be ok.
