“SUPERB CUTOMER SERVICE”

The order for my son's scooter was delivered the next day following the order on boxing day 2012. Unfortunately,the incorrect model was sent. A very polite gentleman answered the customer service helpline and arranged pick up of the scooter and arranged delivery of the correct model. All was put right within 2 working days.
