I recently purchased some vertex forks and blazer pro pegs for my sons scooter. A movement in the scooter was caused by buying these forks but a part was missing from the forks (which we wasn't aware of and skates weren't) but they offered to pick up the scooter free of charge to explore the problem anyway for us which they did. They had found out there was a part missing as i mentioned earlier and sorted the scooter out free of charge and paid for the courier back to us. This process took 3 days from start to finish. What a great company to deal with and i would totally recommend them to my sons friends etc Thanks again A*****
