I ordered a scooter for my son's birthday. Payment for the scooter was very promptly taken from my account but after querying where my scooter was I was informed that it was out of stock.

I had purchased the item under'next day delivery.' I checked the order status on the shop website which had a status of despactehced attached to the order.

After waiting a week I contacted the company, only to be informed that the item will not be available until the end of March, 2 months after ordering and PAYING for the scooter.

By then my son's birthday will be long gone.

Won't be ordering with this company again.
